Do you take custom orders?
Yes, I often do open my shop up to custom requests, depending on the time of year. If you have any questions at all, please email me directly at SusanCWindsor@gmail.com. I usually reply within 24 hours.
SHIPPING:
How long does my item take to ship?
Every item is printed on demand. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be set in queue to process. This time can take 2-7 business days depending on the item. All products other than greeting cards and original paintings (mugs, clothing items, home decor, and art prints) are printed by a professional printing company in California and are shipped from their warehouse as soon as the production is finished.
Greeting cards ship within a couple days from my studio in Texas. Custom paintings will take 2-4 weeks to finish before leaving my studio.
International shipments: Please allow 5-6 weeks for order to arrive from the time it is shipped. Most of the time it will arrive much sooner, but we are dependent on the postal service and customs in your country. Refunds/replacement of items will not be issued for items lost in transit until 6 weeks after the shipping date. Customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.
MATERIALS:
What kinds of materials are used for the original paintings?
I use professional grade Arches cold press 140 lb., 100% cotton watercolor paper. I also use professional watercolor paints—Winsor & Newton, Lukas, and Yarka St. Petersburg—which are all vibrant, long-lasting paints.
How do I care for my prints and original paintings?
The prints are printed as archival quality with pigment inks. They should last for years without fading. However, I highly recommend placing prints behind UV protective glass and keeping the picture on a wall that does not receive direct sunlight. The same goes for original paintings. Please do not laminate or add a sealant to prints or paintings as it will cancel the archival quality of both.
WHOLESALE
Do you take wholesale orders?
Yes, many of my prints are available for wholesale orders. Most of my paintings are available as greeting cards. Many paintings are available on tea towels as well as stickers. RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
Since each item is custom printed to order, I do not accept returns. However, if there is a problem with something you've received, please send me a message so that I can rectify the situation. Email susan@susanwindsor.com
